"I can't say enough of this hotel. I love it. Starting with the not-so-great: as with most hotels not having a five-star rating, valet service usually is lacking. As the first and last points of contact, the process of retrieving your car and the blah attitude of the attendants leave a quite a bit to be desired. "Large hotel with a large family suite and bunkbeds that my children loved. The hotel lobby and public areas were very clean and well maintained, parking across the street, and the kids loved the pool. Where it fell short for me was that the room was not stocked with toys as promised, and the room was quite dated, as well as the lack of towels in the pool. "

The hotel was in a great area within walking distance of all of the main historic attractions nearby. The room was very clean and we had no issues throughout our stay. "Must stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The room was beautiful. The view was amazing. The only thing that I did not like was the elevator, it took us almost 15 minutes to get to our room because the elevators were not working properly, but other than that, I will definitely stay there again."
