"It was a nice stay for an overnight accommodations. Although, we wanted to extend our stay and eat at the delicious hotel restaurants again. Only downside was the fact that the cable/satellite services wasn't working on any of the TV's. Front desk did send someone for the evening but he only got 1 televison working and we ended up having the same issue in the morning. But the room and views were exactly what I requested. I truly wanted to stay longer and enjoy the space."

"We arranged to arrive 1 day early before our organized group tour of S Africa. The hotel on request arranged for private car to pick us up at airport after our international flight. When we checked in early, we learned the hotel was completely full. They had upgraded our room for the night to the top floor’s priority suite.
