"It was a great way to check-in. Ralph Ng was extremely helpful, cheerful, and informative. Having filtered water was plus bonus. The faucet water in the bathroom was very hot, almost impossible to use without burning oneself. The aircon was noisy and somewhat difficult to control. The card to use the elevator was unpredictable and challenging to use. The hotel location was superb and bathroom size is comfortable. "

"Super convenient location! Bascially you can get all the things (food for us) you need within walking distance. Metro is like 1minute walk down to the mall and considered the fluctuating weather condition in Singapore, it is very important for our family of 4 to be able to access transport without getting wet. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and visiting other observatory becomes unesscessary because you can basically have the best view at the rooftop!"

"We loved our quick stay here. The property is in need of a little TLC, mostly cosmetic though. It is clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was good, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food market at Changi Villiage is a five minute walk and there are so many choice that even a fussy eater would have a full tummy for a very reasonable price. We were afforded the privilege of being able to check out at normal time, but spend the afternoon by the pool while we waited...

"It says 4 star hotel but I would say it is more of a 3 star. No netflix channel. A little bit dirty is some places. It is very near to Haji Lane ad opposite has a Hawker Centre. Accessible everywhere. Laundromat is a plus! Pool is very nice and staff are amazing!"

"The best part of my stay was being able to get a room in the evening for 30 minutes to take a shower. My flight was very late and I had a long day at an expo, so I really needed a shower and they did not give me a key to the gym, they gave me a key to a real room where I had space to lay my things out and take a much needed shower. "
