"Double Queen was spacious. Beds were a little soft but still comfortable. We arrived into Vancouver early in the morning after a 14 hour flight. Thankfully it wasn’t long before we could check in to our room (10:30am) and have a short rest. Duvet had a blood stain but had that changed. Water/ice station was close by. They had a supply of apples opposite reception each day. Rooms were a little noisy so could hear cleaners, people opening/closing doors and next door room. Didn’t try the sauna,...

"I enjoyed having a suite that had nice views from bedroom as well as living room. Layout was excellent. Atmosphere and decor was tastefully done. Only suggestion was that having a microwave and fridge we brought in our lunch but there was no plates or cutlery to use. Would definitely recommend and stay there again."
