"I’ve stayed here on other occasions and had better experiences. We booked 3 king superior rooms, and on check in were informed $100 per room for breakages was required (there’s nothing on the booking stating this fee) and that this fee would take 3-5 days to come back into my bank account - this made me very unhappy, most places do a holding fee which returns instantly on check out/room clean. "Lovely studio apartment with a kitchenette which was excellent. Very close to Empire Theatre -3 min walk. Main Street - Ruthven and Grand central shopping centre approx 5m walk. Queens Park also a short walk away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be staying again. "
