"We traveled here with kids and elderly. Great facilities and dining options in the hotel, everyone enjoyed the breakfast and services. Location is good, it’s close to a few lines and JR station, with easy parking option on the street for short period of time. It’s walking distance to all the izakaya, yakitori options nearby Shimbashi Station, 10 min walk to Ginza shopping area. Overall had very great experience here, would recommend to friends and families. "

Clean hotel and rooms, friendly and helpful staff, English speaking staff available. Hotel has all amenities such as restaurants, daily room cleaning, room service, pool for extra fee, spa, laundry service, etc. Airport Limousine bus goes right to the hotel, they also have a bus that comes to the hotel for Hakkeijima Sea Paradise, which was nice....

First and foremost for the excellent service, location, direct connection to subway, limousine bus directly to hotel and vice versa, rooms well maintained and awesome amenities. Special thanks to housekeeping, laundry service staff for finding my daughter’s AirPod before it went to the washing machine. Thank you for a very nice stay."

"The value and location of the hotel was great. It is near 2 train stations (Okobu and Shin-Okobu) and walkable as with all of Tokyo. Those going to Tokyo should keep in mind there's a LOT of walking and trains to see everything and enjoy. The hotel was clean however did not have many amenities such as in hotel restaurant etc. however there's plenty of local restaurants and only a few minutes from the major Shinjuku area."

"The property’s B2 is connected to shiodome station. From its third floor, very easy walk to Shimbashi station once we get familiar with the surroundings. It has a lot of arts display on the wall. Only thing is the bathroom smell bad when we first entered in. "

"We had an 18 hour layover on our way back to the States. Rather than sleeping in the airport, we decided to spend the night at a hotel and kill time in the city during the day while we wait for our evening flight. We arrived past midnight and check in was easy. Front desk staff was helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of Haneda Airport which can be accessed via the free airport shuttle that operates til 1:15 a.m. Our flight arrived in Terminal 3 and we missed the last shuttle...

"Convenient spot to walk to different areas of Shibuya and Omotesando. Hotel has both a cafe and restaurant downstairs, and Starbucks just outside at the roof top park! Connected to the mall with lots of restaurants and shops. Room is clean and spacious, very nice deco. Big windows to view the city. Next to train track, fun to watch the trains. The noise didn't bother us, but for those who want quiet room might need to rethink. Highly recommend."

"Gorgeous business hotel. Lobby floor is beautiful, morning buffet was fantastic. Room looks typical Japanese studio apartment. I like pajama amenity which we don’t need to bring own pajama. Also, we can enjoy Onsen spas. Staff service is good. But not impressed, maybe I expect too much for Japanese service."
