"The facility and amenities were good. The staff were well trained and the food was ok. I believe the hotel could have done better with the variety in its offerings of breakfast. By and large for two mornings there was mostly American breakfast served. I never experienced one serving of ackee and saltfish throughout my stay. While the staff were well trained i found that a few of them were lacking in professionalism. Nevertheless, the grounds were well kept and the property was safe."

"When I check in there was a agent Kimberlee Cornaldie she greeted me with smiles made my stay comfortable 5/5 every day she check on me told me where to go. What yo do and where to eat. "

"My experience was excellent I enjoyed the beach except for the sand flies lol my experience at the spa was also excellent especially my masseuse Toby I have stayed at the Riu in London and in Montego Bay I’m supposed to get points I haven’t received any tabulation "

"It is quiet, safe and nicely situated to the beach. The food and restaurant is subpar. From the time the you place your order for food to the time you receive it, it is about an hour. The flavor and presentation of the food is very subpar. For all things considered, Sandy Haven is a great location, reasonably priced and safe. Rooms are clean, hot water for the showers and free towels for the beach. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating."
