"Comfortable stay. Nice big room, with everything we needed. The only problem was room service. Order a dinner past 10:30 and it never arrived. Had to ask for a refund. The man on the desk explained the team don’t always look at the orders as the chef goes home at 10. So really shouldn’t be advertising as 24hour room service. "

BUT what made this trip was our host who checked us in Aurelie , what a fantastic lady who went above and beyond to help us , she really is a credit to the hotel and hopefully she gets some recognition for her hard work. "No complaints about the comfort, customer service and the hotel itself. Only thing I would suggest is that there is some type of climate control in the rooms, a fan at least because it was super super hot in the room"

"Loved my stay! …. Treated myself to a nights stay after a stressful week and it was just what I needed. Chloe and Ronnie checked me in and gave me a complimentary upgrade to the Dahlia kingsize room which was glorious …. So beautiful and clean, the bed was also super comfortable. I used the spa and the gym and both were superb. The staff here are AMAZING .. so efficient and polite and helpful. Will definitely be booking again soon. Thank you Stevie, Tim, Annie and Sam for making my stay so...

"The secluded countryside location was idyllic, contemporary room with extremely comfortable bed. A bench outside the lodge would have, in my opinion, added to the experience. The staff here were fabulous and a special thanks goes to the guy behind the bar who helped me back to my room, a real gentleman. I would recommend a stay here for anyone looking for old fashioned and quintessential english welcome and experience"

"Who ever is in charge of this hotel certainly has the finger on the pulse. All staff are lovely & very welcoming. Very clean spacious rooms. Nice restaurant with an excellent choice for Breakfast. Only use this hotel now, why look any further When needing to stay in this area."

"We had a good overnight stay and meal in restaurant. Only issue was lack of plug sockets by the mirror to dry hair, and lighting could have been a bit brighter"
