"The staff at the hotel were pleasant, friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms late at night as the air conditioning wasn’t working. It was 28’ in the room. We were relocated to another room which was much better. Parking isn’t on site but a NCP car park is about 100 yards away and is locked overnight. Would stay again if we were in Nantes."

"The hotel is located in an ideal location for great walks in the forest and lakeside. It’s clean and well appointed. Would stay there again but would not fall for the front desk trick! Upon checking in, I asked the reception desk woman if the breakfast was included; she checked our reservation and confirmed breakfast was indeed included.
