I wanted to do a surprise massage package with champagne being in the room for my partner and he was able to help me get it orchestrated without giving away the plan! He even went above and beyond to adjust our dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant downstairs so we could relax, instead of rushing. "The property was very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room had a beautiful view. The only issue was the a/c in the room. Overnight it got really hot in the room even though the thermostat was set to 65 degrees. It didn’t cool down until next morning"

"The rooms are updated and nice. The staff was incredibly friendly, one team member going as far as to show me how to get to the hospital without having to go outside in the cold. The onsite restaurant had very good food. I would absolutely stay here again. "
