"Hotel was very easy to find. Ncp carpark right next door was simple to use aswell. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was above expectations and including everything we needed . The location was perfect for our planned trip and close to lots of pubs / restaurants etc "

"Lovely hotel in a great location in the centre of Nottingham. Bar and Lobby really nice but service a little sketchy on a busy Friday evening, possibly understaffed. Rooms more than adequate, Spa/Pool very nice, Breakfast also really good, and served hot"

"VERY UNEVEN STEEP APROACH TO CHECK IN AT PUB ACCROSS THE CAR PARK FROM HOTEL REQUESTED A GROUND FLOOR ROOM ON TWO PREVIOUS VISITS & HAVE BEEN GIVEN UPSTAIRS ROOM (40) AT FAR END OF CORRIDOR. MY HUSBAND HAS MOBILITY PROBLEMS, SO FOUND THE STAIRS A REAL PROBLEM."
