"I booked the wrong date by mistake and the hotel reservations manager sorted this out straight away and was very helpful. We checked in to our room and it was freezing. I called reception and they sent a staff member up to try and rectify. Again she was really helpful but unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, they allowed us to move rooms. "This is a LARGE very new hotel with excellent facilities. Staff work hard to ensure you have a good holiday and are helpful if there are problems. Our room did not suit our mobility so they found us a much better location, although room was slightly smaller. Breakfast was excwllent with food for all tastes. Don't know about lunch but dinner did not suit us. Good salads but beef was tough, chicken possibly undercooked and vegetables a bit of a mess. Descriptions not comprehensive and signs in the...
