The shower controls were a little stiff and difficult to operate but quality soft towels compensated. Would have appreciated net curtains to allow light into the room, whilst maintaining privacy. "Didnt have my booking on the system, appeared to give me the reserve room that they use for last case scenarios. The stairwell ran diagonally above the bed so every time someone walked up the stairs it boomed through just above your head. Hidden charges for using the gym. Main reception in a different building. Free parking was the only decent part. "
