"Nice hotel"

"Nice clean room. Had an issue with the TV but it was resolved very quickly. Food in brasserie was nice. Good selection at buffet breakfast which was cheaper at the hotel than the price when booking. Requested a ground floor room which we got. Hotel has good accessibility for those with mobility issues but only 3 disabled parking spots. Pool was lovely, clean and warm, but did have steps from changing rooms. Convenient for park and ride to Chester "

"Lovely large room, clean and great value for money in a good location! Only niggle was that it took a long time to check in, we queued for 25/30 mins despite filling in the pre-check in form - would be great to have a quicker option for those who have completed that. "

"Great location right in the centre of Chester, close to restaurants, the Rows and shops. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet my room was even though it overlooked Pepper Street which is a busy road- I didn’t hear any traffic at all. "

"Exceptional value for money! Stayed in a suite which was huge and also meant the kids and adults had separate but adjoining rooms. Location is excellent with cheap parking Very close by. Very clean and quiet, staff were all lovely and kids got a free breakfast which was very nice. Only slight issue was a lack of hot water when trying to use the shower. You won't find better value for your money in Chester."

"Good hotel for an overnight stay. Lots of convenient parking. Easy check in/out, and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows a bit uncomfortable. Food at breakfast was okay - a bit overcooked, and limited in the healthier options. "
