The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. The Grosvenor Square room was very loud and I could hear every step and talking from neighbors because the multi-bedroom unit is directly above - didn't get much sleep. Stayed in the Hyde Park room last time and it was much better/quieter/more spacious"

"We loved the welcoming staff, the hotel and convenient attached restaurant architecture and European feel. The 2nd floor room had large view windows opening to the balcony that were wonderful. The fireplace in the room and bottle of wine was such a nice touch - as was the convenient coffee bar just down the hall in the morning. And the food was amazing! We will definitely be back to enjoy the cold plunge, infrared sauna, workout room, jacuzzi and pool when it warms up a bit. Funny...
