"We stayed in room 4 The main bed was on the mezzanine level with the lounge and bathroom area below .overall the room was clean ,tidy and spacious with decorative type antiques and solid wood features which we liked. The room faces the main cobble strip and nightlife does go onto until midnight so there is noise but we didn’t find this disruptive due to being super tired each night. "This property is in an amazing location, but don’t expect to find parking. We were very happy to return the car so we didn’t need to deal with that anymore. The staff was helpful. They don’t have a front desk exactly. We called someone when we arrived and waited a few minutes for them to come let us in, but we’ve never seen anyone at the front desk after that. They were always available by phone. the room is a bit outdated, but that was expected for this location. You do have to take quite a few...

"Awesome Iconic location built right into a 1600s fortress. Third floor walk up was tough on us though. If I came again I would have to stay on the second floor "

"The resort has a great beach and is smack in the heart if Agia Marina. It is about 35 mins to downtown Chania and close to many villages for excursions and dining. It has a big parking area, an on site restaurant that serves good breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are rather small and best for couples only (at least the one we had). There are no drawers so we spent 10 days digging out of our suitcases which was not fun. The bathroom is also small but functional. AC has an annoying light...

"Lovely helpful staff, beautifully laid out rooms with excellent facilities. Housekeeping was perfect. Fantastic pools, perfect for families. There was a lovely mix of nationalities staying at the hotel, perfect for families or couples. 15 mins or for a coastal walk into Chania - a vibrant city with a stunning old town and Venetian harbour. Recommend a day trip to the Samaria gorge if you’re active. "

"Very helpful and friendly staff, and had own private beach as well as own parking lot, having a car was very helpful to get around as it was at least an hour away from tourist beaches which are a must see! The hotel strip had over a hundred restaurants to choose from. "
