The light switch situation was a little mystifying. Walkable from the train station if you can figure out which exit to use (we did not). "

The air is dirty from the millions of scooters and there's not much to do outside of the two big temples far out of town. Given that as the baseline, the Gaia Cosmo is a decent hotel. Our room was nice and quiet and the lobby is nice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They do serve this stomach-churning gross Asian breakfast buffet that smells so strong. I would stay...

"I relocated here because I was disappointed with another nearby hotel. I stayed about five days and it was really good. Definitely a well-run business with friendly and helpful staff. I would love to give this place a full rating, but the super-slow internet and lack of hand and face towels takes away one star (should be a half-star, but no option for that). "

"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."
