"We had an amazing stay at The Signature Hoi An! The hotel was newly renovated and it definitely shows with how clean everything was. The check-in process was a breeze. We had a nice complementary drink while the concierge explained everything about to property to us. They also brought up that their Spa is under renovations so to compensate for that, they gave us free massages at another local spa which was also amazing! The Suite we had was super large. A King size bed would have better filled...

"Overall I would say this is a good hotel (1) the staff are excellent and super friends (2) the buffet breakfast is very good (3) the free shuttle into the old town was also used. (4) The hotel is near the beach, maybe 200 meter walk and I could see from my balcony. Linda on the front desk and all the team were great. Seems to be a lot of building working going on around the hotel, like the development of a big new hotel virtaully right in front. Wouldnt say there is much happening at the hotel,...

"A cosy hotel with nice staff. The service was non intrusive but they were always there when you needed them. The room was clean and spacious. There were a couple of pools, a spa and a small restaurant which was separate from the breakfast room. The breakfast was varied and the fresh pastries are a must. Easy access into the main area by a 10 minute cab ride. "
