As the first and last points of contact, the process of retrieving your car and the blah attitude of the attendants leave a quite a bit to be desired. "Large hotel with a large family suite and bunkbeds that my children loved. The hotel lobby and public areas were very clean and well maintained, parking across the street, and the kids loved the pool. Where it fell short for me was that the room was not stocked with toys as promised, and the room was quite dated, as well as the lack of towels in the pool. "
