"After checking into another hotel and finding it filthy (I wont be using OYO ever again) the predictable standards of a chain like Novotel were just what I needed. Veey good price with a pool and very clean. Not the greatest location. "

"Delayed check in due to room not being ready. However, staff was kind and apologetic in explaining. Also we stayed on the 6th floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure if smoking was allowed in the hotel or just on certain floors. But didn’t appreciate that. Also the carpet in the hallway was dirty. "
