"The hotel is very convenient for access to Chester and has free parking. A must for Chester. The breakfast was good and plentiful and The leisure facilities are nice however the hotel is in need of an update all round. The pillows and especially the bed need to be renewed. It was kept clean so the service staff do a great job. Staffing isn’t over plentiful and you often have to go looking for them as they are utilised across the whole hotel."

"My brand new shirt that I was ironing to wear for a funeral was damaged due to a damaged ironing board. I had both the shirt and ironing board inspected by one of the reception staff who took photos of both to show the damage. The ironing board was replaced with a new one, unfortunately of no use to me as my shirt was already damaged. No feedback from the hotel, asked Claire on reception about it two days later, she advised me that she would check with the manager who was on site that...
