"The reception folks went above and beyond. They were amazing. The bed was very uncomfortable. There isn’t many actual restaurants in walking area so we went to the hotel restaurant but boy menu is very limited. Room was great but location wasn’t ideal"

"Updated hotel near the dragon bridge and Han market with elevator. Rooms are small with an awkward bathrooom with no separate door but a glass toilet door and shower door. Lack of sound proofing as you could hear people talking next door and music feom 2 floors up. No real place to put clothes but a wardrobe to hang. Had a nice little balcony view. "

"We had the green garden apartment on the 15th floor. Everything was as advertised. The bed was a little hard for me. For a 5 star hotel, I think it could have been a much higher quality softer mattress.The buffet breakfast in the mornings was very good with lots of options. The staff was very nice and always courteous and always smiling. Dining in the restaurant was very good. I will stay here again in the future and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks again to the staff at the M Hotel."

"Espectacular hotel, desayuno increíble, muy bien ubicado. La habitación grande súper cómoda y linda. La piscina panorámica vale la pena, salen espectaculares fotografías. Pero el customer service de absolutamente todos los colaboradores de lo más amables, (en el lobby, en el restaurante, hasta el chef está pendiente todo el tiempo, en la piscina todos los chicos tan cordiales, me ayudaron con mis fotografías), me encantó; de los mejores países que he visitado. Regresaré siempre a este hotel. "

"The hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast is served indoors or on a spacious patio. Plenty to choose from including an egg station, lots of fresh fruits and Asian options. There is a lovely pool with lots of sun beds but the weather was too cool during our stay and we didn’t make use of it. The only negative for us was that we were given a pool view room right above the pool bar/ restaurant that is open until 11 pm.
