"Had a short stay at Birmingham Airport Novotel to recover from a night flight. Room was comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. Reception staff checked us in early and even took our trolley back for us as we wanted to turn in straight away. The room was very well insulated from the aircraft noise."

"In general our stay in the Gran Hotel Birmingham could’ve been better. The overall experience was nice, hotel still in good condition, but the service wasn’t not as good as excepted. Tiny blood shades on bed sheet, as well as hair. The fire alarm went off as a test but no one noticed us. Someone tried to open my room door in the morning while I was talking on the phone, later knocked twice while I was in the bathroom. Guests’ privacy need to be respected, thanks a lot. "
