"Lovely clean room and bathroom was also clean and lovely. Shower was good but lighting oils of been a bit better in the bathroom. It was quite dark in there for doing my make up. Very quiet and had a lovely sleep. Breakfast was great in the morning "

"The Reception staff were very welcoming on arrival. They were happy to look after our bags while we waited for our room to be ready (as we had turned up early) We had a wonder around cardiff and then we received a message to let us know the room was ready for us. It was a very lovely corner room, very clean, tidy and comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay! Would recommend and would definitely come back.x"

"This hotel is ideally located across the water from bars, and restaurants and walking distance to everything you might want to see in city centre. We had a great view from our sixth floor room. A special mention to Joanna Heap for providing excellent service above and beyond. However, the room itself had annoying things wrong with it. The air conditioning is not adequate for the room. We had upgraded and were provided with TWO hangers in the wardrobe. The vanity middle drawer would not stay...

"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was right in the centre so really practical for all the shops, restaurants and bars. Also walking distance to Cardiff Castle. "

"All areas of the hotel were in clean and good condition, looking like a recently refurbished mid range hotel. The room was likewise in a good condition, but from a functionality perspective it excelled. Plug sockets and usb sockets either side of the bed. Sockets for where you would work at the desk. A mirror behind the desk to suit those doing their make-up, and a full length wall mirror too. This was a room that had anticipated and met all of the needs we had and more. I can't tell you how...
