All staff members with whom I interacted (front desk reception, waiters and waitresses, parking attendants) were friendly and professional. Mexican restaurant had fabulous, freshly-fried chips and salsa and enormous portions to match their prices (e.g., a $29 burrito that was probably at least twice the size of a normal burrito). "I loved everything about Doubletree Pomona. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is on a hill with a shell petrol station nearby. The rooms were very large. modern, and clean. Breakfast was good. Because I travelled with my family and baby grandson we were given connecting rooms. I have no complaints. Even though the hotel was by a freeway you couldn’t hear the traffic. The staff were good too. I’d definitely come back if I was in the area."
