"Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location, it has a gorgeous roof deck with a pool and a bar with stunning views of the harbor and the mountain. Wonderful service at the hotel, very walkable to shopping areas, the waterfront, the market and the gondola to Monte. The morning breakfast buffet was awesome as well. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in the ocean suite! Room was spectacular! The only criticism I could give is that the staff at the bar in both pool areas were quite unfriendly, and weren’t very pleasant in the bar areas. It wouldn’t put me off from staying again though. "

"Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The place was very clean. It was great having access to all of the facilities of the park hotel next door. Location was perfect, closer to the “old town” Funchal than most of the hotels, about a 20 min walk to the center, but great area near a lot. Overall I felt very safe, only thing to note is that there is no one at the front desk between midnight and 7am, but you will need your key card to get into the building...

"Small hotel.Room was almost L shaped but included small kitchen, dressing area, seating area, shower room as well as bedroom so plenty of space. Breakfast had a good choice, was of excellent quality and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no communal area or rooftop terrace so this is a hotel for those who want to be out and about for most of the day. In the respect the location is very good for central Funchal and is sufficiently close to the sea front as to not involve much of a...
