The main drawback for us was that the room was poorly ventilated - no bathroom fan and no way to open a window. This made the room a bit stuffy at times. I'd stay here again, but hope to get a room with better ventilation. "

They cater to hospital patients and their families but did not have the attention to detail that would have made it easier for people recovering from surgery, etc. For the price, I expected a bit more though the staff did try to address issues quickly. The size of the suite was good but saying there is a kitchen is a bit misleading; a coffee bar with a refrigerator that freezes over is what...

"The hotel is nice. The lobby area is beautiful, and the restaurant that is connected is called Betts. The valet parking staff were really nice. However, I must say that the front desk staff were passive aggressive and not very welcoming. One had a brash tone when I pointed out inaccurate charges to my room summary prior to check-out. In addition, the carpet in the room was a bit smelly and the carpet in the hallways are too thick to roll a suitcase on comfortably without having to pull it hard....

"I felt disappointed and somewhat humiliated by my interaction with the front desk staff. When I asked something, the employee seemed preoccupied and responded in a hurried manner. It seemed he was more focused on serving the next guest in line than on offering me thoughtful assistance. A more attentive response would have made my experience much better."
