Housekeeping had missed a few things when cleaning the room. Bathroom door frame rotting covers up with tape. Check in didn’t check if I wanted breakfast or an airport shuttle the next day."

"Stayed overnight on Christmas Eve prior to early flight next day. Arrived about 5:30pm. Check in was fast and efficient. Was offered breakfast for £10 pp if prebooked before midnight. Room was modern and comfortable with queen bed, sofa, desk. Bathroom was modern, everything worked perfectly. Shower was wonderful. Ate dinner in Firin restaurant, food was good but service terrible. The waiter was more interested in the two ladies on the next table than us. We were seated quickly but waited ages...
