"Our plane got turned around and everyone onboard had to find accommodation, Many tired and hungry people checked in at 9pm. We couldn't get a drink or any food and the bar manager wouldn't serve anyone because he finished at 9pm. Lots of people had children and no food or drinks. We had all ready been on a plane for hours and stuck at a closed airport. The best thing would have been to help people in this situation, our planed booked up many rooms that night and the hotel would have made a tone...
