"Had a view room - I mean, how can you beat that view? Unfortunately, and the only negative - there was construction being done from 9-5 each day - so there was a lot of noise in the day. The first room we were in had a view of the bridge, but also of the construction. Having spent extra for the view, I asked for a room on a higher floor so as not to see the construction and that was easily accommodated. Staff was nice, location convenient for touristy things, etc."

"We had a good stay, but one negative on the last day. They advertise on their app and on signage in the hotel that breakfast is served until 10:30 am. We arrived a few minutes before 10:00 and there were no plates at any of the buffet stations and most of the food holders were empty or had little food in the them. Guests were literally scrambling for scraps that were left over. I had to carry a croissant and danish in my hand back to my table. If the buffet is open until 10:30, it should be...

"Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C."
