"Properly is very clean. Rooms and interior seem recently renovated (year or so). Beds and interior of room nice and clean and fresh. No pet or animal smell in the bulding or room (trust me i can tell). Walkable distance to rhe historical area and within reach of some of the Tram sites/destinations. Cookies to die for! (They do contain nuts, but have warnings, delicious!). Convenient parking and restaurant/bar right in lobby. We did not have breakfast but area appeared very nice. Would love to...

"This place is 100 percent haunted. We got assigned room 325 and everyone in our party became very dizzy moments after stepping into the room. It also had a very strong smell, which smelled frankly like death or bodily decay. We left our things in the room but went down to the front desk to report it. They changed our room, gave us a key and told us to retrieve our things from 325. We went straight back up to 325, no staff followed in the elevator to assist or anything, just me and my kids.
