"The hotel was simply amazing: location, staff, food, amenities and bar! When we arrived, we were checked in by Alicia who was so gracious with giving us some ideas of what to do beyond our itinerary. We checked into our rooms and they were both so nice! And so many extras: from chocolates on the bed to toothbrushes and razors in the drawers. They even provided an eye mask and ear plugs in a gift box. Sebastián at the rooftop bar was also incredible. The hotel is close to everything in the city...

"Great location but challenging to access to. It surrounded by pedestrian areas so not a lot of taxi access so if you have a lot of luggage, it’s a little challenging but not impossible to get into. Hotel was very nice and comfortable. Room was tight and small but otherwise hotel was great."

"Theresa from the receptionist desk was very friendly when we checked in. She learned that it was our wedding anniversary trip and I’m guessing because of that our room got upgraded. We truly appreciate the message for our anniversary that was written on the mirror of the bathroom when we came in the room. It was so unexpected, a pleasant surprise. Very sweet gesture. Thank you so much! Hotel is very clean, convenient & the rate is very reasonable for its great location. "

"Great hotel with, a nice location- close to the metro stations and close to major attractions. Walking distance to Las Ramblas, Gothic Quarter, and Sagrada Familia. My room was excellent too, with two large rooms and 2 bathrooms. Also loved the buffet breakfast. "

"Superb central position ideal for sightseeing, the hotel is comfortable and the public spaces are well-patronised. Our room was spacious with lots of storage, the shower was excellent and the coffee machine worked well. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice of hot and cold food, the coffee was good and the staff were cheerful and helpful. When the hotel was full the breakfast room got crowded at popular times. Excellent value for money and a really nice experience."

"Super nice place which had floors that were not carpeted and had some sort of wood planking, which was great because it means less allergy issues. Parking was around the corner and I think I spent about €20 "

"A nice, clean hotel in a great location. It’s right next to the train station with close access to the metro and bus stops. The old town is within easy walking distance. The hotel would have been even better if the room air conditioning had worked a little better. Even on the lowest setting it wasn’t quite cool enough. Also, each room has a light strip outside the window on the front. I assume this was for aesthetics, but it lit a strong glow in the room at night which wasn’t great for me."
