"The location and staff are excellent, hotel is very luxurious but has areas that definitely need upgrading. Our original room on the 17th floor was huge, but had wall-to-wall carpet which was old and dusty so we moved to a smaller but more modern and non-carpeted room on the 14th floor, which was perfect. Breakfast was a nice mix of Eastern and Western options. We were flying out the following day so the hotel being right next to the rail line was super convenient. "

"Over all it was great experienced we had enjoyed a lots. However compared a year ago when we stay the room for toiletries supplies they had significant cut off. There is no toothbrush, shower cap, travel size body lotion and room water supply from 2 liter down to 16 oz. "
