"Awesome location next to shinkansen, JR and a few other lines. Room is clean and modern, you will not hear any sound of trains but siren can be heard throughout my 4 nights stay. Hotel is very generous with amenities: 3 bottles of water, new slippers along with others everyday. Need improvement 1. Mattress in our room needs to be changed. It is too soft in the middle that hubby and i have back pain every morning. 2. Toilet seat is not warm, this is quite disappointing given we are in japan. "

Amazing number of restaurants nearby. Only drawback is the massive number of people coming through Nagoya station overwhelm the restaurants, with 30 or more people lining up outside all the places you'd like to go -- although the many less popular restaurants are not bad."

"Elegant hotel with large rooms. Wonderful pool, jacuzzi, outdoor tent saunas and indoor sauna and baths. Rooms that face the stadium while a sporting event is on going at night will find it very noisy and blinding outdoor lights. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the dinner buffet was very disappointing and way overpriced. Parking was convenient. It is a bit out of the way so going by car is recommended. "
