The hospitality is exceptional, the villa we stayed in was cozy, and the views of Fuji are top notch, especially while bbqing or hanging out in the jacuzzi. The half board (curated bbq dinners, and breakfast buffet) were phenomenal - great mix of meats and seafood both nights with a special prepared dish as well. "This property was absolutely beautiful. The staff super friendly. Location was good, about 15 mins walking to the lake. The staff helped me decorate the room for my girlfriends birthday which was fantastic. Only regret was not staying longer, only had one night in the Mt. Fuji area but very glad we stayed here. "

"The hotel's staff was professional, friendly and accomodating. We were treated very well. Loved our room and the view of My Fuji. The private onsen was a plus. The loungewear were so comfortable and I am glad we were able to wear them everywhere in the hotel, including mealtimes. The kaiseki meals were innovative and delicious. Loved that there were e-bikes available to roam around. Check in and check out process were efficient. Worth the trip and will definitely return. Highly recommend!"
