Room description says lagoon and see view but sea view was obstructed by a fence. Beach is far and there are plenty of rocks which you need to navigate before you can swim. There are plenty of trash on the beach. The hotel also does not have limo service so you need to arrange for transportation in and out. Breakfast...

"The hotel is excellent! The rooms were clean and well equipped, the staff was friendly and super helpful, the breakfast buffet was amazing! Don’t forget to check out the pool. Definitely recommend it!!!"

"We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities...

"Marketed as 5 star hotel. But the rooms, services, food is 2 star. The only good thing about this place is the location (by the beach). The rooms are old, the tv 32”, no room service, slow internet, the food horrible. "

"This hotel should close up and not do any business. Staff were cool but the place was miserable air conditioning sucks, room dirty, slide door grease, windows faded from dirt and last thing is the food was horrible and obviously it was preheated don’t try it. "
