"The property is amazing. It exceeded my expectations. The ONLY complaint that I have was the fact that there was a wedding at the property during my stay which made certain facilities, restaurants and other areas of the hotel unavailable during my stay. It would have been nice to learn about this at check in. Traveling with kids for hours and learning, at the last minute, that the restaurants are not available for use due to a wedding was not great. Beyond that, we really enjoyed the stay. "

"This hotel was a treat, we were looked after from the get go! Absolutely cant fault our stay, we arrived earlier than check in and were arranged a room straight away. We had our kids who were unwell and when asked for toast, the kitchen team didn't charge us for it. The room itself was super clean and comfortable, everything was superb right down to the small details, welcome drinks, complimentary fruit and dates. The location is also great for small cafes and restaurants, we didn't book...

"A big property, nice facilities. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The air con was quiet and could be easily adjusted. The rooms are spacious, but maybe a little tired and need updating. The service was very good but not exceptional or personal. The restaurants were a bit overpriced. I wasn’t able to book one room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children so had to spend extra booking two separate but adjoining rooms. "

Our stay was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Near the reception area, there was complimentary dates and Arabic coffee which was always a lovely treat. The room was spacious and the bathroom was one of the best I have had the pleasure to use on my travels. It had all the amenities you would expect from a top hotel of this...

"The hotel is walking distance to Souq Waqif and close to the Hamad international airport. There is a complementary shuttle bus to the beach. Very clean, safe, and quiet, modern spacious rooms. Friendly staff at the reception desk. There is one onsite restaurant on the second floor where the a la carte lunch service was slow and food was disappointing, however the breakfast buffet was fantastic, lots of variety and good quality."
