"We had an excellent stay, beautiful hotel, our one bedroom suite was huge, gorgeous furniture and very comfortable and clean, it was a great base for us to visit the Halong Bay área. There isn’t much around the hotel as the area is still being developed, however this was fine with us, as between visiting the bay, we relaxed and enjoyed the lovely facilities and restaurant, the food was great. "Hotel is very new with nice big indoor and outdoor pools. I got a panoramic, unobstructed view of the ocean from my room. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel staff was also very friendly. One minor thing is that the hot water didn’t work well. The water was hot for the first 2 minutes then it’s more like room temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"Had a blast during my birthday trip with family. We booked for an overnight cruise and felt it was enough. You have option to book 2 nights or more though. M Gloria cruise was decently luxurious but there are some wear and tear you can notice especially in the bathroom area. Food was nice though nothing really special. "It’s ok, we stayed for two days one night. Connection is poor as we are expected . Room is clean . Except the shower area if you keep the water on , it will start to flood . Food is ok .
