I would advise booking restraints for dinner via their website in advance of arriving to avoid not being able to get a table. I would especially recommend the Japanese restaurant. "Very clean rooms with great views. Conveniently located to hike the seven valleys trail and to walk into Carvoeiro. Super friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet with plenty of gluten free options. "

"We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!"

"This is an outstanding hotel, with great customer service. For example, I said I liked the tea at breakfast - and I then had (without asking) a gift of tea sent to my room by hotel management. Absolutely outstanding! The one minor development is I was there with my 14 year old son. He wasn’t allowed anywhere near the indoor pool. This policy needs a rethink. "
