Couldn't contact them through their website as well. Overall, still a pleasant stay.. although the fireworks is quite small from high up. View of clouds from the hotel is nice in the early morning. "The room was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was good. Unfortunately the breakfast rooms were at least 500 metres away, I was in the South wing and all the breakfast places were in the North wing. Because the hotel is so huge with many different levels and many special areas it was initially difficult to actually find the breakfast rooms. On my last day the breakfast was not available because the South wing closed the day before I left. Pretty...
