"We were upgraded to a larger room but were disappointed that it did not have a shower only a hand held one over the bath. The room was however comfortable and had a great view and we appreciated the gift of biscuits but would have liked milk with the room coffee. There did not appear to be a room telephone to request this so we did not bother. Staff at reception were very friendly and breakfast was very good.
