"It was a wonderful value for a first class hotel. The keycards were a problem for the entire 3 days. But the politeness of the staff made up for the card problems. Breakfast was very tasty, but the chai was not good at all. Fix the keycards and chai and it would be the best hotel in Kolkata!"

"The minute you enter the hotel the lovely fragrance is a prelude to things to come. The staff is friendly, kind , helpful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The restaurant had an extensive buffet or an al a crate menu. Either choice was extremely satisfying. The popl and gym were amazing. The gym clean and well equipped. "This is a very beautiful historical property. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was on top of making sure the room was clean along with water, tea, and coffee stocked daily. Bicky is amazing at taking care of the room and makes sure everything is perfect when he cleans the room. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again for future visits to Kolkata."

"The hotel is over all good but the things can be better. The menu in the restaurant is limited. It doesn't serve stuffed Parathas, almond and wall nut in breakfast. It doesn't show any business channel on TV. Staff is good and caring at all touch points. "

"The Ibiza resort is fairly close to the city (about 25 kms). We were very excited on reaching there as there is lots of greenery all around. The reception and check-in was fairly efficient. We found the food to be quite good (we took only veg options). So was the breakfast in the morning - good variety and quite tasty). There are lots of outdoor activities, several are free for the guests. Our only problem was with the maintenance and cleanliness of the Winter Green rooms in the Nirvana...
