"The hotel was overall good for me. I loved that the Raffles Place was directly available from inside the hotel, saving me few minutes of Singaporean sun. This allowed for direct access to the City Hall MRT station. Overall transportation was excellent. Hotel facilities were good as well, clean and well-maintained. Absolutely no complains here. "Stayed here way back 2017 and 2018. Comparatively the standard has dropped a lot. Despite its eco-friendliness there's no longer any bottled waters but desalination water from the bathroom into the room machine. I would not touch desalination water at all and even my friend's dog in HK would only drink Watson's bottled water and boiled water for humans. My own home water is filtered even in Australia and boiled despite most people drinking from the tap. Ended up going to level 4 to fill bottled...

"Lovely staff, very helpful. Good facilities with nice outside swimming pool area again well attended. Fabulous breakfast at reasonable price for what you get. We had a basic room but it was well decorated and comfortable. Finally, a great location, walking distance from many of the places we wanted to visit. Would stay there again if back in Singapore."
