"Okura Tokyo is my favorite hotel in Japan. The service is flawless, and the rooms are five-star quality. Since there are so many foreign embassies in the area, and the staff speaks English exceptionally, I think that foreigners will feel especially welcome. I strongly recommend a room with a bath view. Most other five-star hotels don't even offer these."
