"This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The location is perfect, the views are amazing, the decor is stunning and the service is fantastic. Although the evenings were cool in February, we could still enjoy drinks (excellent cocktails) on the patio which had the most fantastic sunset views. "Here for the golf: interesting course, comfy accommodation and good food at the all you can eat Sens buffet. Green fee is in line with other courses on island BUT the first tee is a long way from the pro shop and hotel (the practice ground is even further) so it is impractical to play without a cart. Whilst one might tolerate 25e extra to hire a buggy to be charged 50 if there are 2 people using it is just plain wrong. Sort this out please!"

"Very pleased with our stay. We had a 3 bed oceanfront and the outside area with pool was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Only comment would be to improve the bedding - the duvet cover was just some sheets combined to cover it but didn’t really work. The cement factory is hardly noticed when you’re there and it’s only an easy 10 minute walk to the town. Breakfast was good and worth the extra cost. "

"Our only regret about our stay at this hotel is that we cannot give it more stars. The menus were innovative, the rooms spotless and extremely comfortable, the facilities (including pool and Wellness Centre) luxurious; but above all the service levels were the highest we have ever experienced. All of the staff were friendly and communicative, all prepared to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Should we revisit Gran Canaria we will undoubtedly choose to stay at the hotel again and...

"Beautiful well equipped room with private pool. Fantastic location overlooking the port and the sea. Very clean and new. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Only small negative, a little over reliant on technology, check in was a bit difficult and we were locked out of our room on the morning of checkout due to power failure"
