The housekeeping always missed restocking something..The hallway on offer, had toothpick, Bobbi pin and safety pin on the floor for 4 days until I had to mention to the front desk. So ya housekeeping not good. Plus when we checked in we were not told about ourVIP Silver benefits or the Lincoln they have for you to drive or the check in cocktail. "They were very accommodating in allowing me to check in early. The facility and the rooms are excellent. Because it is a large resort in a residential area, there is not much to see within walking distance. My only complaints were the parking charge and resort fees at $60 each were somewhat excessive."
