"It was an amazing experience with the warmth and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious modern and clean. Very close to the convention centre and a short walk. The breakfast was good. The lunch and dinner buffets need to be having more variety. The staff are super friendly and overall a good experience. "

"It was a great little hotel in a central location. We really liked it and didn't realise it has a laundry in the room which was handy. Only feedback is the back door is really difficult to open and has a special knack to it. "The suite was lovely, a good size, and everything was perfect during our stay. Staff were prompt and always helpful to our needs. The suite hadlight switches/dimmers which is a refreshing change from the useless light solutions most modern hotels have where you can't set the lights how you need. Would happily come back to this hotel for the experience."

"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use.
