"I stayed only one night. Staff very friendly. Room clean and beds are comfortable. Very small bathroom. Breakfast very limited ( would be nice to add more selection of food).Location perfect. "

"We had a very good stay at 9 Hotel . We were initially given a room with a small double bed instead of a two singles but the staff were very good at rectifying the situation. The rooms and bathrooms are compact but very clean and nicely decorated with comfortable beds. Perfect for our needs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and as such is perfect for passengers arriving on the Eurostar. We will definitely stay there again."

"Nice location - very close to most attraction .Service and staff were exceptional - very warm and welcoming. However , breakfast really needs some additional attention and the size of the room really caught me by surprise - booked a petit room [ only realized when I got to site] however really small and was unable to get an upgrade given it was full which I understand - all said great hotel , exceptional staff and well thought through deco. "

"Excellent experience at this property, the staff clearly take pride in keeping the rooms clean for guests, the breakfast is very enjoyable with a varied selection of cakes, pastries, fruit and cheeses. The immediate area outside the hotel is not very appealing, a run down church adds some charm but this is forgivable as you are only a short 10 minute walk from some lovely restaurants. For those interested in the Louvre, expect a modest 30 minute walk which was our main reason for choosing this...
