"A nice place that is near the field."

"Checkin was great. Staff was welcoming. However, there was a lot of children playing around the entrance doors and running up and down the hallway. And, unfortunately I found 2 syringes in the bathroom when I went to take a shower. It was from a towel that had not been used/changed from previous guests. The staff offered a refund but where we booked thru Hotel.com they couldn’t refund. Can we get refund/credit thru Hotel.com? I have attached pics. "

"Location is great if visiting Lambeau Field. Rooms need some updating and upkeep. Our room had no toilet paper holder. Also need better curtains to keep light out. Our room was an interior, facing pool, so exterior light was always on. Great breakfast! Nice selection and an omelette bar! "

"Excellent hotel in stay while on business or pleasure. The hotel offers all the amenities that creates a five-star rating. Staff is very personal and professional. I highly recommend this property while visiting Green Bay, WI. Be sure to check out the upstairs bar that provides an outside venue looking toward the stadium. "
