"Not friendly folks. I don’t get to see anyone working at this property. Some random guy asked me to send him a copy of my pass on WhatsApp, and he added me to a group of people. I stayed for four days I have asked for some fresh towel. They never provided. They were asking me there is gonna be additional charge for that. Like I said, I don’t get to see anyone working at this property."

"The layout, decor, and the attention to detail. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets were brand new and fresh, and the chalet had all the necessary amenities. The kitchen came with a microwave, all the utensils, a simple coffee maker, pots and pants and an electric stove. The AC kept the whole house cool. The bathroom had a nice mirror, even the shower had hot water and a glass door instead of a curtain. The garden was pristine with beautiful flowers all around. Great communication with...

"Excelente estadia! Ótima localização, perto da praia, infraestrutura do apartamento muito boa, tudo muito bem cuidado, cada detalhe! O único ponto a melhorar seria o box do banheiro, que acaba molhando muito. O café da manhã, que é feito da hora, é o ponto alto! Comunicação e hospitalidade incríveis. Voltaria mil vezes pra lá!"

"Stunning property! We arrived at Hurricane Jeri excited to check in, and they kindly upgraded us to their property Villa Mandi and it was incredibly beautiful, private and the staff were amazing (especially Andressa, the cleaning staff, and Eduardo who made the BEST caipirinhas!) We were able to use the facilities of both properties which were beside eachother. We will definitely be back soon. "

"Amazing property with a beautiful ocean view. Staff very kind ,helpful , always smiling and easy to access. One of the best hotel teams I met after all my trips around the world. The pool is beautiful ,the afternoon coffee break is a great idea. Missing only a gym. Will defo return and recommend to others."

"We loved this hotel...breakfast is included...u have pretty good food choices, omelets, eggs served as your choice, fresh in the moment, we loved the food and service, very safe hotel,location pretty good one u can be at main jeri downtown, beach pretty quickly, u can be pick up from hotel to jericoacora Airport or to jijoca "
