"Really easy going hotel and great for the little ones especially if you are a solo parent as you can also get some R&R. The staff in the Kids Club are truly amazing. Restaurant staff less so. By its very nature it is a busy hotel with lots of families choosing all inclusive and the attitude of some of the staff is almost annoyance. Worse I think are the other restaurants where you pay more. The staff in these are really in need of more training as you expect the service to match the food and...
